Fosters Kraus Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a third-generation family-owned HVAC and plumbing contractor serving Eastern Iowa, proudly announces the move to their new state-of-the-art facility located at 999 Enterprise Drive in Marion, Iowa. This exciting development marks a significant milestone in the company's history, as they bid farewell to their previous locations at 1040 E. Post Rd in Marion and 412 Chamber Dr. in Anamosa, consolidating operations under one roof.
The unveiling of this new building comes nearly two years after the successful merge of Kraus Plumbing and Heating with Fosters Heating and Cooling. Since then, the unified company has thrived under the name "Fosters Kraus Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning," becoming a quick and reliable powerhouse for heating, cooling, and plumbing services in Eastern Iowa.

Together, Brain and Shelly have grown their family business from a 6-person shop to over 60 employees. In 2021, Kraus Plumbing and Heating merged with Fosters Heating and Air to become what is now known today as Fosters Kraus Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. The movement to their new building at 999 Enterprise Drive, Marion, IA is a final step in completing this merge, where they will now have all employees operating under one roof.
