In 2017, Mike’s son Brian took over the family business, with his wife and high school sweetheart Shelly. Together, Brian and Shelly have grown the business from a 6-person shop to nearly 60 employees. In 2021, Kraus merged with Fosters Heating and Air, and we are now proudly known as Fosters Kraus Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning. Brian and Shelly’s sons, Mason and Mitchell, are walking in their dad’s footsteps. They work full time at Fosters Kraus. We are proud to have many different family dynamic duos on our staff.
